Our emergency veterinarians are ready to handle your pet's emergency from minor to life threatening. The veterinarians at our facility have a combined experience of over fifty years in veterinary medicine and over twenty five in emergency medicine. We understand how emotional an emergency situation can become and endeavor to quickly assess your pet and then discuss how best to stabilize, diagnose and treat them.
Our Mission Statement
The Animal Emergency Room provides excellent emergency and urgent care by serving as patient advocates, counseling and educating each client, while finding personal fulfillment by exceeding our client’s expectations.
The team at Animal Emergency Room remains committed to providing the best care to all pets and pet parents in our community. We are OPEN and ready to provide emergency medicine to your pets. We are taking the recommendations given by the CDC and AVMA seriously and ask for our clients understanding during these difficult times. In addition to providing the best care to our patients, we want to keep our patients, clients and staff healthy and safe. With this in mind, we have increased our sanitation protocol and ask that our clients adhere to the following:
-If possible, we ask that only one pet owner accompany your pet.
-If you feel sick, we ask that you have another family member or friend bring your pet in. A phone conference can be made with you to ensure everyone understands your pets care.
-If you are uncertain about your own health and safety in regards to COVID-19 and your pet, please CALL and we will guide you to ensure your pet receives the safest and best care.
We understand this is a difficult time to have a sick pet and an even more difficult time to have an emergency with your pet. We are here for all your fur babies and will always work to give them the care and love they need for a path to recovery.
